Summerlee and Brenden's Wedding

Summerlee and Brenden's wedding took place in 2007 in Nashville, Tennessee and was featured in Inside Weddings soon after. I worked with the Bride's mother Mrs. Sheri Staten. I have always absolutely loved this wedding. It was definitely one of the most elegant weddings I have ever had the pleasure of doing. We are currently working on an Engagement Celebration with Mrs. Staten and just thought we would share our last project until we have the gorgeous photos of the next...which will be coming in October. Mrs. Staten's exquisite style and taste make for the most stunning parties!

Jennifer and Brady

Oh, What a Night!

What an honor to be a part of such a magical weekend in California filled with love, laughter and dancing to celebrate Jennifer and Brady’s wedding. They wanted a memorable evening to share their love for each other with their guests, and the vendors involved with their wedding exceeded their expectations.

It would not be a trip to Balboa Island without a famous Balboa Bar....especially after the ceremony.

Jan Garcia Photography snapped precious moments of family members and guests. Jan’s calming disposition kept everyone at ease throughout the day.

Karla Flores of Elegant by Design created beautiful floral arrangements which captivated guests as they entered the ballroom at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa.

The 21-piece band led by Jacquelyn Foster of Wayne Foster Entertainmet kept everyone out on the dance floor all night.

Sweet dreams.....

Jennifer and Brady’s lifetime of Love, Laughter and Dancing has only just begun…

Pamela and Daniel

With a majority of their families from Canada, New Jersey and Florida, and friends from all over the world, what better place to come together to celebrate than the historic Waldorf=Astoria hotel in New York? For NYC residents, Pamela and Daniel it was an easy decision, and the team of vendors they worked with certainly did not disappoint with the details for this elegant affair.

Floralia Decorators created a gorgeous setting in white and faint pink hues, and Intelligent Lighting gave the room a magnificant glow.

Alan Shukovsky, Director of Social Catering at the Waldorf, secured the Park Avenue Lobby which was closed especially for Pamela and Daniel’s Invitation and Cocktail Reception.

Guests were blown away by the sounds and energy of the Hank Lane's Bobby Attiko Band.

Best wishes to the happy couple!

Zara's 13th Birthday

“Purple and no pressure!”

That is what our birthday girl wanted, and that is what she got! And an evening with close friends and family to dance the night away in celebration of her 13th birthday at Nikki Midtown. Not only was Nikki Midtown perfectly situated with plenty of room for food stations/cupcake tree, an area for activities, a great dance floor and separate seating for adults, but it offered a separate VIP entrance for Zara and her guests complete with red carpet at the door.

The super talented Carlos Andres Varela captured the memories of the evening with his amazing photographs…

…and Carlos’ photo booth is more than just your regular photo booth. His Light Booth takes the venue as a background and as many guests as possible can join in the fun.

Activities stations included Airbrushing of Hats & Totes and decorative Crystal Tattoos.

DJ Jason had guests dancing away, including our MC Deano who was showing off his dance moves on the dance floor.

Friends honored the beautiful Zara with kind words after viewing a video montage put together by she and her mom.

A magical evening for a very special young lady – Miss Z, I can’t wait to watch you grow into an adult who can do anything she sets her mind to. Enjoy your 13th year!

Buttermilk Falls Inn and Spa

Buttermilk Falls Inn and Spa was the setting for a relaxing retreat for about two dozen wedding industry professionals hosted by Josh Friedman of Elan Artists and Dan Reyburn, General Manager of Buttermilk Falls Inn and Spa, located in Milton, NY. The retreat was not to network but enjoy the company of fellow colleagues in the industry, relax and partake in farm fresh local products. We felt as though we were transported to another world upon arrival at the peaceful confines of the Buttermilk Falls Inn and Spa! Close enough to NYC (less than two hours), but far enough to leave your BlackBerry behind. Not only is Buttermilk Falls a fantastic place for a getaway weekend, but a beautiful setting for those interested in a more rustic wedding. They have many spots on the property which can accommodate outdoor ceremonies and tented wedding receptions.

The day began with our friends from Go-Brilliant who provided luxurious, state of the art transportation.

A spa lunch was created by Oliver Kita Catering, who uses products grown on local Hudson Valley farms and greenhouses.

Matthew Robbins Design provided a beautiful tablescape for our five course supper.

Cobblestone Foods from Brooklyn cooked us up a five-course dinner which was amazing! They used Farm Fresh products purchased in the Union Square Farmers market, so we had a bit of NYC with us along the Hudson.

The talented musicians from Elan Artists entertained us throughout the evening.

La Femme Classique

Loukoum
La Vida Con Fuego (complete with Flamenco dancer)

What a fantastic way to showcase a beautiful property, delicious eats, appreciate the beauty of the Hudson River and enjoy the company of peers. Many thanks to everyone who made this trip happen and all who joined in excellent conversation and laughs!
